- Carrying out company searches and related due diligence

- Drafting, formatting and amending corporate documents, agreements, minutes, resolutions and Companies House forms
- Opening, maintaining and closing client files in line with firm procedures
- Providing comprehensive paralegal and administrative assistance to the Corporate team
- Assisting with billing and credit control processes
- Maintaining organised and secure administrative systems
- Paralegal experience within a corporate or commercial law environment
- An excellent working knowledge of corporate law procedures and documentation
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- An ability to manage multiple priorities at one time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
