We’re looking for an experienced Corrugator Manager to lead our corrugator operations and drive excellence across production, quality, safety, and team performance. If you’re a hands‑on leader with a passion for efficiency, continuous improvement, and high‑quality output, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What you will do

• Lead day‑to‑day corrugator operations, ensuring production plans are met on time and in full.
• Optimise processes, resources, and machine performance to maximise efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain strict quality standards through regular checks, corrective actions, and KPI monitoring.
• Champion a safety‑first culture and ensure full compliance with H&S and environmental standards.
• Coach, develop, and motivate your team to achieve operational targets and grow their skills.
• Work closely with Planning, Sales, Logistics, Maintenance, and Conversion teams to keep production running smoothly.
• Analyse data, solve problems quickly, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for savings and efficiency gains.
• Manage and monitor site waste target levels and ensure all waste is recorded, making recommendations to the site management team of any improvements.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company policies and procedures.
