Counter Balance Driver

We are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Driver to join a leading manufacturing company in Northampton.

Location: Northampton (NN5)

SHIFTS & PAY RATES

ROTATING SHIFT

Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm/ 2pm-10pm

Paying £14.06/hour

£18.70/hour (phone number removed) hours Mon-Fri)

£21.09/hour (39.5+ hours Mon-Fri & up to 7.5 hours Saturday)

£28.12/hour (Saturday after 7.5 hours, Sundays & Bank Holidays)

Duties:

• Operate Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload goods
• Support warehouse operations including picking, packing, and general housekeeping
• Ensure products are handled carefully and stored correctly
• Carry out daily equipment checks and report faults or maintenance issues
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and site policies
• Work as part of a team to meet targets and maintain workflow

The ideal candidate must:

• Hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift licence
• Be physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
• Have a strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Be willing to learn and follow warehouse systems and processes
