Counterbalance Driver

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation in Wolverton. This role involves operating a Counterbalance FLT with a clamp attachment, supporting warehouse and production operations efficiently and safely.

Shift Pattern:

• Rotating shifts
• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck with clamp attachment
• Loading, unloading, and moving stock safely around the warehouse
• Supporting warehouse and production teams with material movement
• Ensuring goods are stored correctly and safely
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ Counterbalance driving experience required
• Previous experience using a clamp attachment is preferred
• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence/certificate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
• Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
