COLMORE EDUCATION is currently recruiting for a confident and motivated Cover Supervisor to work within a mainstream secondary school in Central Birmingham.

This is an exciting opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced Cover Supervisors, or individuals with experience working with young people who are passionate about education and making a positive impact in schools.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Ensure students remain focused and engaged during lessons
• Support students in their learning and development
• Maintain a safe, positive, and productive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Experience working with secondary-aged students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence managing a classroom independently
• A professional and adaptable approach
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

Previous school-based experience is desirable but not essential.
