Cover Supervisor Required
Pay: £100-£120 (dependent on experience)

Exclusive Education are currently recruiting confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work in a variety of secondary schools across the Stockport area.

This is an ideal role for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school staff looking for flexible work within education.

📚 Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise whole classes during teacher absences
• Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain on task
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Provide support to students where necessary
• Report back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour

✅ Requirements:

• Previous experience working with young people (in schools or similar settings)
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Confidence leading a classroom environment
• A proactive and flexible approach to work
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Two recent, relevant references
