Are you a confident Cover Supervisor looking for flexible work or a long-term opportunity within secondary education? We are currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to work across a range of secondary schools throughout Liverpool and Sefton.

This Cover Supervisor position is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced education professionals, or individuals with strong classroom management skills. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences.

The successful Cover Supervisor will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
  * Manage classroom behaviour effectively
  * Ensure students remain engaged and on task
  * Support a positive learning environment throughout the school day

What we're looking for:

• Experience working with young people
  * Excellent communication and organisational skills
  * Confidence leading groups of students
  * A genuine interest in education and secondary schools
