Salary: £120 - £140 per day

The school is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to provide day-to-day supply support across the academic year. The successful Cover Supervisor will supervise pre-planned lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher, maintain positive behaviour and ensure students remain engaged with their learning throughout the school day.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with young people in an educational, coaching, mentoring or youth work setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• The confidence to deliver pre-set work across a range of subjects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work
• A positive and professional attitude
