Salary: £120 - £150 per day

These schools promote high expectations, strong behaviour standards and offer excellent support to both staff and students.

The schools are looking to appoint enthusiastic Cover Supervisors on a temporary basis for both day-to-day and long-term cover opportunities. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for managing classrooms across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining positive behaviour and ensuring students remain engaged with their learning throughout the school day.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• QTS, ECT status or relevant experience working with young people (unqualified candidates are encouraged to apply)

• Experience working within a Secondary School environment is desirable

• Excellent classroom management skills

• The ability to confidently manage groups of students across a variety of subjects

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A flexible, reliable and proactive approach
