This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience within secondary schools, whether you are considering a career in teaching or seeking flexible work within education.

About the Role:

• Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain on task
• Support pupils with their learning and maintain a positive classroom environment
• Work across KS3 and KS4 year groups
• Adapt confidently to different schools and classroom settings

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with young people (school-based or similar)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A confident and adaptable approach
• Graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced Cover Supervisors all encouraged to apply
