We are seeking an experienced and passionate CQC Registered Manager to lead a mental health residential service in Ormesby, Norfolk.

This is an excellent opportunity to take full responsibility for a well-established home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for adults with mental health needs.

You will play a key role in driving standards, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations.

  • Hold CQC registration and take overall responsibility for the service
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead, manage, and develop the staff team to deliver outstanding care
  • Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and person-centred support
  • Drive quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
  • Build strong relationships with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families
  • Prepare for and lead CQC inspections, striving for Good/Outstanding ratings
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up)
  • Experience within mental health residential / supported living services
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Desirable:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Experience improving or maintaining CQC ratings
