CQC Registered Manager - Mental Health Residential

We are seeking an experienced and passionate CQC Registered Manager to lead a mental health residential service in Ormesby, Norfolk.
This is an excellent opportunity to take full responsibility for a well-established home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for adults with mental health needs.
You will play a key role in driving standards, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations.
- Hold CQC registration and take overall responsibility for the service
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements
- Lead, manage, and develop the staff team to deliver outstanding care
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and person-centred support
- Drive quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families
- Prepare for and lead CQC inspections, striving for Good/Outstanding ratings
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up)
- Experience within mental health residential / supported living services
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Desirable:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Experience improving or maintaining CQC ratings
