Rate: £28–£30 per hour
Location: Norfolk area
Start: Monday the 27th of April 2026

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Crane Supervisor to support a long-term civil engineering project based in the Norfolk area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established contractor delivering major infrastructure works.

Role Overview:
You will take the lead on all lifting operations across site, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed procedures and industry standards.

Duties:

• Oversee and manage all lifting activities on site
• Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with lifting plans
• Work closely with site teams, including slingers and banksmen
• Maintain high health & safety standards at all times
• Provide updates to site management on progress and any issues

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Crane Supervisor on civils or infrastructure projects
• Valid CPCS (or NPORS equivalent) Crane Supervisor ticket
• Strong understanding of lifting operations and site safety
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Safety-critical medical preferred
