We are working with an ambitious, high‑energy events and experiential agency partnering with world‑leading brands to create unforgettable Retail, Live and Digital campaigns that hit hard and deliver maximum impact. Due to team expansion they are lookign for a Creative Strategist to add to their team. 

About the Role:

As a Creative Strategist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping insight‑led strategies and developing campaigns grounded in real‑world behaviour. You’ll bring clarity and direction to the work, helping teams unlock the “why” behind the brief and translate it into powerful creative opportunities.


You’ll be hands‑on throughout the creative process, sleeves rolled up, contributing ideas, refining them, and helping land them with impact. You’ll push teams to think differently while staying rooted in what audiences care about.

Key Responsibilities:

Proven experience in an agency strategy role

Below-the-line experience (promotions, POS, field, experiential, CRM/direct where relevant)

Strong understanding of consumer brands and

Passion for consumer brands with an instinctive curiosity about the strategies that make them thrive.

Hands on experience leading category safaris in both on trade and off trade environments.

Skills and Expertise:

Digging into audience behaviour, exploring cultural signals, trends and category dynamics to uncover insights that shape strategic direction.

Developing strategic foundations, turning research and insight into clear, compelling creative strategies that guide ideation and keep teams focused.

Collaborating with creatives, working side‑by‑side with creative teams to translate sharp thinking into culturally relevant ideas.

Interrogating briefs, identifying the real problem to solve and spotting opportunities for standout work.

Contributing to ideation, bringing fresh thinking, cultural awareness and a strong point of view to creative sessions.

Supporting research and planning, conducting desk research, mapping audiences and exploring trends to inform strategic recommendations.

Presenting thinking, sharing insights, strategies and ideas with internal teams and clients in a clear, confident and compelling way.

Championing cultural relevance, ensuring all work feels timely, resonant and rooted in real‑world behaviour.
