Inplace Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a leading fabric wholesaler in Sutton-in-Ashfield for a Credit Control / Purchase Ledger Administrator.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in credit control, purchase ledger, invoicing and customer account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer accounts and credit control procedures.
  • Processing sales invoices, supplier invoices and purchase ledger transactions.
  • Chasing outstanding payments and resolving account queries.
  • Processing payments, credit notes and account reconciliations.
  • Assessing credit risk and maintaining customer credit limits.
  • Processing card payments in line with GDPR and PCI compliance.
  • Supporting daily banking activities, cash allocation and supplier account management.
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth financial administration.

  • All other duties as required

Working Hours (fixed upon start):

  • 8:00am – 4:30pm
  • 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • 9:00am – 5:30pm

You will choose your preferred shift pattern upon starting and retain those hours each week. A 45-minute unpaid break applies.
