Are you an experienced Credit Control Team Leader looking for a new role with a large automotive dealership? Position is based in Bristol and has hybrid working (First 3 months during probation is full time office based)

Job Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operation of the department, ensuring compliance, efficiency and high standards.
- Assist in leading and developing the team while supporting management where required.
- Analyse performance data, identify improvement opportunities and drive positive change.
- Build strong working relationships and contribute to business growth and profitability.
- Maintain accurate records and demonstrate strong attention to detail, numeracy and IT skills.
- Take a proactive approach to learning, development and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- ACCA or CIMA qualified with previous accounting experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of consumer finance regulations and vehicle taxation.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
