Location: Horsforth (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Hours: 7:30 - 4:00

Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for your next opportunity with a growing business? We’re supporting an ambitious and expanding organisation in Horsforth as they look to appoint a Credit Controller on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive finance team in a broad, end-to-end credit control role where you can make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the full end-to-end credit control process
• Proactively chasing outstanding debt via phone and email
• Building strong relationships with customers to resolve queries efficiently
• Allocating cash and reconciling customer accounts
• Investigating and resolving invoice disputes
• Producing aged debt reports and supporting with debtor analysis
• Working closely with the wider finance team to improve processes and reduce overdue debt
• Supporting month-end activities and ensuring accurate account records

About You:

• Previous experience in a full cycle Credit Control role
• Able to hit the ground running and manage your own ledger effectively
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive and organised approach
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and managing priorities
• Experience improving processes or identifying efficiencies would be advantageous
