Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be working on behalf of a leading global organisation to recruit a Credit Controller to join their established team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking to develop their career within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of an assigned ledger
  • Understanding and working towards KPIs
  • Building relationships to support adherence to collection policies
  • Identifying and escalating problem accounts or debts to senior stakeholders
  • Gaining a strong understanding of clients, their processes, and business models
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to determine appropriate actions for overdue accounts
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed debtor records on internal systems
  • Leading and participating in regular review meetings with senior stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive and ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Confident user of MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Experience working with large, global organisations is advantageous
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
