Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be working on behalf of a leading global organisation to recruit a Credit Controller to join their established team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking to develop their career within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of an assigned ledger
- Understanding and working towards KPIs
- Building relationships to support adherence to collection policies
- Identifying and escalating problem accounts or debts to senior stakeholders
- Gaining a strong understanding of clients, their processes, and business models
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to determine appropriate actions for overdue accounts
- Maintaining accurate and detailed debtor records on internal systems
- Leading and participating in regular review meetings with senior stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive and ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Confident user of MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Experience working with large, global organisations is advantageous
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
