The CRM & Direct Sales Team Leader plays a key role in supporting customer retention and lifecycle management. This role is responsible for coordinating the customer database and executing targeted marketing campaigns to contact End of Contract customers and encourage renewal. Leading a small delivery team of two, the Team Leader will ensure campaigns are deployed efficiently and accurately. The successful candidate will work closely with the Brand Relationship team to deliver brand-aligned campaigns and gather customer feedback to help improve future conversion rates. Additionally, the Team Leader will drive proactive lead management, spearheading ad hoc initiatives and tactical campaigns specifically designed to optimize customer lead conversion across the business.
The successful candidate will have the following skills -
- Experience within lead finalisation, automotive, finance, insurance, fintech, or data-rich consumer services is highly desirable (direct automotive experience is not required).
- A strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of converting database engagement into measurable financial results.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, database segmentation, and analytics tools. Experience connecting paid acquisition channels to CRM is advantageous.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to distinct consumer segments.
