Qualified Joiner – Residential Refurbishment – Luton (Various Sites)
Approved Workforce is currently recruiting for a skilled and adaptable Joiner to join a fast-moving residential refurbishment project across Luton. This is a unique role where you will be tasked with completing specific joinery packages at a different property each day.
The Role:
- High-Volume Refurbishment: Transitioning between various residential sites within the Luton area daily.
- First & Second Fix: Expert installation of skirtings, architraves, and window boards.
- Fire Door Specialist: Hanging and maintaining internal fire doors to site safety standards.
- Remedials & Rip-outs: Stripping out old fixtures and prepping new installations efficiently.
Requirements:
- CSCS Card (Blue Skilled Worker card required) and full PPE.
- Comprehensive set of Joinery Hand & Power Tools (110v or Battery).
- Proven experience in domestic refurbs with checkable references.
- Strong time management skills to complete daily house targets.
