CSCS Labourer – Wellington

Monday to Friday | 07:00 – 17:00 £12.71 – £13 per hour Training Position | Long‑Term Opportunity

We’re recruiting a CSCS Labourer to join a busy installation team in Wellington, supporting the fitting and movement of white goods on commercial sites. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands‑on experience who wants to grow — full training is provided.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting with the installation and positioning of white goods

  • Confident use of hand and power tools

  • Supporting skilled installers and learning on the job

  • General labouring, site prep and maintaining tidy work areas

  • Working as part of a friendly, fast‑paced team

What we’re looking for

  • Valid CSCS card (essential)

  • Experience using hand and power tools

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely

  • Reliable, punctual and comfortable with early starts

Pay & Benefits

  • £12.71 – £13 per hour

  • Higher pay once taken on permanently (company pay structure applies)

  • Annual bonus scheme up to 10% of salary

  • Consistent hours and long‑term prospects

  • Monday to Friday

  • 07:00 – 17:00
