Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a global, fast-growing business to recruit a Customer Account Executive to join their Chesterfield-based team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with customer-facing or account management experience who’s ready to step into a role with real ownership, client exposure, and progression into Account Management or Customer Success.

The Role
This is not a call-centre role - you’ll be owning client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and playing a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients are fully engaged, supported, and seeing real value from the company’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage long-term client relationships across multiple accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer queries and communication
- Support onboarding and implementation, ensuring a smooth customer journey
- Understand client goals and proactively add value to their experience
- Monitor engagement and identify risks and opportunities within accounts
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver on client expectations
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Support renewals, quotations, and contract discussions
- Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
About You
- Experience in customer service, account management, or client-facing roles
- A confident communicator who can build rapport with ease
- Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
