Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a global, fast-growing business to recruit a Customer Account Executive to join their Chesterfield-based team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with customer-facing or account management experience who’s ready to step into a role with real ownership, client exposure, and progression into Account Management or Customer Success.

The Role

This is not a call-centre role - you’ll be owning client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and playing a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients are fully engaged, supported, and seeing real value from the company’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage long-term client relationships across multiple accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer queries and communication
  • Support onboarding and implementation, ensuring a smooth customer journey
  • Understand client goals and proactively add value to their experience
  • Monitor engagement and identify risks and opportunities within accounts
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver on client expectations
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Support renewals, quotations, and contract discussions
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM systems

About You

  • Experience in customer service, account management, or client-facing roles
  • A confident communicator who can build rapport with ease
  • Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
