The Role

As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll support both new and existing customers, helping them understand processes, answering questions, and resolving issues quickly and effectively.

No two days will be the same, and you'll be empowered to take ownership of customer enquiries while working closely with colleagues across the business.



Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service across telephone, email and written correspondence

  • Build strong and lasting relationships with customers

  • Resolve queries and complaints efficiently and professionally

  • Strive for first-contact resolution wherever possible

  • Maintain accurate records and case notes

  • Ensure compliance and company processes are followed at all times

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer support

  • Monitor customer enquiries through to completion, ensuring expectations are exceeded



What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer service, customer care or contact centre environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

  • A proactive, positive and customer-first mindset

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
