The Role
As Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of residential developments from pre-construction through to completion. You’ll work closely with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure projects remain organised, compliant, and on schedule.
This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating schedules, documentation, and site communications
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and site management teams
- Supporting the delivery of residential housing developments
- Managing reports, systems, and project administration
- Ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
- Assisting with customer and contractor queries
- Maintaining strong communication across multiple departments
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within the housebuilding or construction industry is essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Professional, proactive, and team-focused attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
