£32,500 + Commission

Our client:

• Our client is market-leading bakery business, renowned for their high-quality bakery products that are available to grab on-the-go.
• Our client offers over 500+ premium frozen baked good products and pride themselves on innovation and high-quality products.

The role:

• Passionate about building strong relationships with both customers and colleagues, creating a positive and supportive team culture.

• Customer-focused leader who thrives on resolving issues, improving experiences, and delivering excellent service.
• Strong communicator who works collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Motivated by creating an engaging, high-performing environment where people feel valued, recognised, and empowered.
• Office based position 40 hours per week. The customer office is open Sun-Fri and so you would be expected to work 1 in every 4 Sundays.

Ideal candidate:

• You will need to be a great communicator and people leader managing a team of 16.
• The ideal candidate will be ambitious and see the value in the commission scheme.
• You will have great organisation skills and be an all-round hard worker.
• You will be resilient and happy making cold calls.

Benefits & details:

• £32,500 basic salary + commission earning opportunity.
• 5 days a week in their offices in Southall 8-5pm (Sunday hours (phone number removed)pm)
