We're looking for customer-focused, proactive individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems and making every interaction count. You'll support clients across phone, email, chat and social media, ensuring every customer journey is seamless, personalised and memorable.

This is a team-focused role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with retailers, partners and internal teams while becoming a trusted expert in the brand and its products.

What we're looking for:
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Confidence managing multiple customer conversations
* Positive, resilient and solution-focused mindset
* Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
* Comfortable using multiple systems and technologies
* Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, travel, automotive or similar sectors is welcome
