The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Temporary Customer Liaison Officer to join a busy and fast-paced team. This is a field-based role covering the Chester area.Β 

You will act as a key point of contact between customers, site teams, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience throughout project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for residents and customers
  • Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Liaise with site teams, contractors, and internal departments
  • Provide clear updates and manage customer expectations
  • Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office systems
  • Support the smooth delivery of works by ensuring effective communication

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar customer-facing or liaison role
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage sensitive situations
  • Resilient with confident negotiation abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage reimbursed)

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience within a regulated or customer-focused service environment
