The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Temporary Customer Liaison Officer to join a busy and fast-paced team. This is a field-based role covering the Chester area.Β
You will act as a key point of contact between customers, site teams, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience throughout project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for residents and customers
- Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
- Liaise with site teams, contractors, and internal departments
- Provide clear updates and manage customer expectations
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office systems
- Support the smooth delivery of works by ensuring effective communication
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar customer-facing or liaison role
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage sensitive situations
- Resilient with confident negotiation abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience within a regulated or customer-focused service environment
