Customer Service / Admin Person
Temp to Perm Opportunity
£12.71 per hour
Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm
Hexagon Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service / Admin Person to join a busy transport team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and admin skills who is looking to develop within the transport and logistics sector. Full training will be provided, including bespoke software and transport processes.
Main Duties:
• Answering incoming customer calls and dealing with customer queries/issues
• Acting as the link between customers and the transport department
• Updating and managing information using bespoke computer systems
• Resolving issues such as rerouting drivers and liaising directly with drivers
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
Hours of Work:
• Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:00pm
• Occasional overtime required (weekdays and Saturdays)
Experience Required:
• Previous customer service experience
• Confident answering calls and speaking with customers
• Good basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel etc.)
• Previous transport experience would be an advantage but is not essential
Pay & Benefits:
• £12.71 per hour to start
• Temp to perm after 12 weeks
• Pay increase after 6 months
• Full training provided
