Our client is a well-established and expanding manufacturing business based in Petersfield. Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and supportive team.

The Role
Working closely with the sales and operations teams, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, while providing administrative support across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
    • Liaising with various departments to resolve customer and order-related queries
    • Checking orders for errors and resolving discrepancies where required
    • Monitoring out-of-stock orders and checking stock availability across multiple warehouse locations
    • Generating shipping labels and dispatch documentation
    • Updating orders with accurate tracking information
    • Providing administrative support to the sales team
    • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer information is up to date
    • Assisting with general office administration as required
                  The Person
                    • Previous administration, customer service, sales support, or order processing experience in a similar environment
                    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
                    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
                    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
                    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
                    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
                    • Confident using Microsoft Office and computer system

                  Package

                    • Salary from £27,000pa+ DOE
                    • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break)
