Customer Service Assistant – Part Time

Location: M17
Working Days: Monday, Tuesday & Friday
Hours: 10:00am – 3:00pm / 3:30pm
Pay: £12.71 per hour

We are looking for a reliable and organised Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.

Duties Include:

  • Responding to customer emails professionally and efficiently
  • Using a warehouse management/customer service system
  • Handling customer queries and order updates
  • General administrative and customer support tasks

Requirements:

  • Good IT skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Confident with email communication
  • Ability to learn and use warehouse/customer service systems (similar to Amazon customer service platforms)
  • Good attention to detail and communication skills

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
