What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling incoming calls and building great customer relationships
  • Taking and processing customer orders
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries
  • Managing admin tasks and keeping systems up to date
  • Supporting a busy, friendly customer service team

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • A customer-first mindset
  • Confidence using IT systems
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle tasks
  • Previous customer service or call handling experience is a bonus

Your working week:
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (with 1-hour lunch)

  • Occasional Saturday mornings (paid at overtime rate)
