What you’ll be doing:
- Handling incoming calls and building great customer relationships
- Taking and processing customer orders
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries
- Managing admin tasks and keeping systems up to date
- Supporting a busy, friendly customer service team
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- A customer-first mindset
- Confidence using IT systems
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle tasks
- Previous customer service or call handling experience is a bonus

Your working week:
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (with 1-hour lunch)
- Occasional Saturday mornings (paid at overtime rate)
