A client of ours in the Colchester area are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.45pm and paying £25,800 - £26,500 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries through email and phone.
- Provide advice and guidance on the company's product range.
- Process customer orders
- Resolve delivery-related issues and handle customer complaints professionally and tactfully.
- Carry out general administrative duties to support daily operations.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Service Advisor position:
- Excellent communication skills.
- 3+ years' experience within a call centre and customer service position]
- Manufacturing, Engineering or construction industry experience is desirable but not essential
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Proficient within the Microsoft Packages
