A client of ours in the Colchester area are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.45pm and paying £25,800 - £26,500 per annum depending on experience.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries through email and phone.
  • Provide advice and guidance on the company's product range.
  • Process customer orders
  • Resolve delivery-related issues and handle customer complaints professionally and tactfully.
  • Carry out general administrative duties to support daily operations.

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Service Advisor position:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • 3+ years' experience within a call centre and customer service position]
  • Manufacturing, Engineering or construction industry experience is desirable but not essential
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • Proficient within the Microsoft Packages
