We are currently recruiting for a French-speaking Customer Service Agent to join a busy and supportive team based in Tunbridge Wells on a temporary basis.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills in both French and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
- Responding to customer emails and enquiries
- Delivering a high standard of customer service and resolving issues efficiently
- Accurately updating customer records on internal systems
- Liaising with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
- Previous customer service experience is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT and administrative abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
