Our client based in Wixams (own transport required) are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive on a permanent basis.  Working Monday to Friday..

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Client, Customer, and Carrier Interactions
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client, customer, and carrier queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems (e.g., Query Manager).
  • Resolve low-level enquiries such as order status updates, delivery tracking, and proof-of-despatch requests.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the Account Manager.
  • Maintain accurate communication records and provide timely updates to clients and customers.
  • Liaise directly with carriers to assist with client or customer delivery queries.
  • Uphold Company standards of professionalism in every client and customer interaction.

Account Management Support

  • Support Account Managers by handling day-to-day administrative requests and updates.
  • Ensure client requirements are processed accurately and within agreed timeframes.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining job briefs, job bags, and supporting documentation.
  • Keep Account Managers informed of client feedback, issues, or service concerns.
  • Administration and Order Support
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and creating or updating job bags.

Requirements

  • Customer Service experience within an office environment
  • Available immediately
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Organised 
  • Can do attitude
