Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Client, Customer, and Carrier Interactions
- Serve as the first point of contact for client, customer, and carrier queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems (e.g., Query Manager).
- Resolve low-level enquiries such as order status updates, delivery tracking, and proof-of-despatch requests.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the Account Manager.
- Maintain accurate communication records and provide timely updates to clients and customers.
- Liaise directly with carriers to assist with client or customer delivery queries.
- Uphold Company standards of professionalism in every client and customer interaction.
Account Management Support
- Support Account Managers by handling day-to-day administrative requests and updates.
- Ensure client requirements are processed accurately and within agreed timeframes.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining job briefs, job bags, and supporting documentation.
- Keep Account Managers informed of client feedback, issues, or service concerns.
- Administration and Order Support
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and creating or updating job bags.
Requirements
- Customer Service experience within an office environment
- Available immediately
- Excellent computer skills
- Organised
- Can do attitude
