My client, a well‑established luxury brand is looking for a Customer Services Manager to join their team in Manchester City centre. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will oversee day‑to‑day operations, lead a small team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at all times.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Centre team to deliver consistently high customer service standards
  • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met
  • Oversee day‑to‑day building operations, ensuring the Centre is always well‑presented, safe and running smoothly
  • Manage customer renewals and support retention across the Centre
  • Conduct tours for prospective clients and promote the Centre effectively
  • Support team development through regular coaching and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with all operational and health & safety procedures
Essential Skills:
  • Experience in a customer‑facing, commercial environment
  • Previous team leadership or management experience
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident, proactive and able to remain calm under pressure
  • Good IT skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Package:
  • £30,000 - £35,000 salary
