Customer Service & Operations Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service & Operations Assistant to join a busy and supportive team.
🕒 Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:00 – 16:00 (includes 30-minute break)
💷 Pay
  • £12.92 per hour
📌 Main Responsibilities
This role focuses on providing essential administrative and customer support within a fast-paced environment.
  • Handling customer support emails and direct communication with customers (once trained and confident)
  • Filing and managing Proof of Deliveries (PODs)
  • Reporting and tracking delivery shortages
  • Monitoring transport delays and failures
  • Updating internal progress reports
🧠 Skills Required
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Confident email communication
  • Good organisational and multitasking ability
  • Ability to work accurately in a busy environment
🎓 Training Full training will be provided on site.
