The Role

This is not a typical call-centre role.

We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to take ownership of customer enquiries, manage orders and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll be a key part of a small, friendly team — speaking directly with customers, coordinating with suppliers, and making sure issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing customer enquiries via phone and email from start to resolution
  • Processing and coordinating customer orders accurately
  • Liaising with suppliers to track orders and resolve issues
  • Handling returns, delivery queries and occasional escalations
  • Working closely with colleagues to solve problems quickly
  • Supporting day-to-day operations across the business

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise tasks and stay calm under pressure
  • Comfortable taking ownership and solving problems independently
  • A positive, reliable team player
