The purpose of this role is to provide a positive and supportive experience for customers who need assistance with maintenance and repair requests. You will play a vital part in keeping services running smoothly by making sure issues are understood, prioritised, and resolved with care.

Job description

As a Customer Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers reporting facilities issues across a range of sites. Working within a friendly helpdesk team, you will handle enquiries through phone and email while using contact centre systems to log and manage requests.

You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure the right support is in place at the right time. Clear communication, attention to detail, and a calm approach will help you keep customers informed and confident throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email
• Log and track service requests accurately within CAFM systems
• Prioritise requests to support safe and timely resolutions
• Liaise with internal teams and approved contractors
• Provide clear updates to customers throughout the process
• Monitor open cases and follow through to resolution
• Record all actions and outcomes clearly
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach at all times
