- Be the first point of contact for customer queries, via email and phone
- Responsible for the management of a select number of customer accounts
- Handle any order, delivery and invoice issues with accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Proven experience of handling customer accounts and queries
- Experience within the logistics sector
- Excellent and timely communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to handle and prioritise own workload in a fast paced environment
