Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally and confidently
🔹 Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
🔹 Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into orders
🔹 Prepare and process customer quotations and sales orders accurately
🔹 Check stock availability, lead times, and delivery schedules
🔹 Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
🔹 Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
🔹 Resolve customer queries efficiently and maintain excellent service standards
🔹 Maintain accurate customer records within ERP and CRM systems
🔹 Support continuous improvement and contribute positively to team culture

Desired Skills & Experience:
⭐ Experience within industrial products, wholesale, or technical sales environments is advantageous
⭐ Commercially aware with a proactive sales mindset
⭐ Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
