My client, a market leader within their industry, are currently seeking a professional and personable Customer Service Assistant to join them on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for someone who is looking for an administrative role where they can assist with inbound and outbound calls.
Responsibilities
- Assist with logging leads from the website
- Booking tours for potential clients
- Coordinate meeting rooms, events, and catering
- Answer phones and respond to customer enquiries
- Providing general administrative support
Skills
- Friendly, polished communicator with strong organisational skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
- Calm under pressure, proactive, and a genuine team player
- Friendly, polite, and organised
- Previous experience is helpful but not essential
Package
- £12.71 per hour + holiday pay
- 3 - 4 days per week
