Customer Success Executive

T&K Associates have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Executive to join our Client on a permanent basis in Castle Donington.

This is a crucial role within the Company where you will be supporting the day-to-day operations of the sales efforts for the team.  You will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining Customer records and providing Customer support. 

Customer Success Executive Details & Benefits;

• £30,000 - £32,000 dependant on experience
• Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.30pm

Customer Success Executive Job Details;

• Order Processing – Accurately input and process Customer orders from the sales inbox or inbound phone calls, ensuring timely delivery and fulfilment
• Customer Service – Respond to Customer enquiries, escalating where necessary, resolving issues and providing information on products and services
• Record Maintenance – Maintain and update Customer records, including contact details and account information
• Communication – Liaise between Customers, Sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and Customer satisfaction
• Proactive Customer Support – Contact Bronze Customers to share promotions, check dispenser status and find growth opportunities

Customer Success Executive Person Specification;

• This role will suit someone who is a proactive individual
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Familiar with order processing systems and CRM software
• Detail orientated and able to work accurately under pressure
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Good team player
