Our client is an established digital marketing agency specialising in SEO, PPC, web development, and AI-driven marketing strategies for SMEs and owner-managed businesses. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a commercially minded Customer Success Manager to join their team.
This position will be 5 days onsite.
The RoleYou will manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact while ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results and strong ROI. This role requires someone proactive, commercially aware, and confident managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong client relationships and understand business goals
- Lead performance reviews and communicate campaign results clearly
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery
- Monitor account performance and proactively resolve issues
- Identify opportunities for account growth and service expansion
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services within a digital marketing agency
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple accounts
- Comfortable discussing digital marketing performance metrics
