Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Data Analyst / Business Analyst to join a growing business based in Evesham on an 8-week fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly analytical individual with strong data manipulation and reporting skills to support business decision-making across e-commerce, production, warehouse, CRM and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse, cleanse and manipulate large datasets from multiple business systems.
- Extract and interpret data from CRM and ERP platforms.
- Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Produce meaningful business intelligence reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Analyse e-commerce performance data and identify trends and opportunities.
- Create reporting solutions for production and warehouse operations.
- Work with stakeholders across departments to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across systems.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst position.
- Advanced data manipulation and analysis skills.
- Strong experience using Power BI to create dashboards and reports.
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
Desirable:
- Experience within e-commerce, manufacturing, production or warehouse environments.
- Knowledge of SQL or other database querying tools.
- Experience integrating data from multiple business systems.
