We are currently recruiting for an experienced Day Shift Engineer to join a prestigious commercial property in the heart of the City of London.

Shift Pattern:

• 4 On / 4 Off Days Only
• 7:00am – 7:00pm
• No Night Shifts
• Overtime Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across building services systems.
• Responding to reactive maintenance and fault-finding activities.
• Maintaining electrical and mechanical plant equipment.
• Monitoring and operating critical building systems.
• Completing maintenance records and compliance documentation.
• Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Liaising with subcontractors and site management teams.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Candidate Requirements:

• Recognised engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Experience working within commercial buildings, corporate offices, critical environments, or similar facilities.
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills.
• Knowledge of building services plant and equipment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
