We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Deputy Supervisor to join their production team in Billericay. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role with the potential for a permanent position.

• Supporting the Supervisor with the day-to-day running of the production department
• Leading and motivating a team to meet production targets and deadlines
• Ensuring all health & safety and quality standards are maintained
• Assisting with staff training, performance monitoring, and workflow organisation
• Stepping up to manage operations in the Supervisor's absence

• Previous production/manufacturing experience (essential)
• Demonstrated team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Competitive hourly rate of £14.50 per hour
• Full-time hours with an immediate start available
