This Design & Technology Teacher role involves teaching KS3 and KS4, delivering lessons that combine creativity with organisation and safety.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Teaching practical and theory‑based DT lessons
  • Managing materials, equipment, and movement
  • Teaching planning, construction, testing, and evaluation
  • Supporting KS4 coursework requirements
  • Maintaining high safety and behaviour standards
  • Assessing both process and outcome

This role suits a teacher who enjoys visible learning — and believes that creativity works best inside clear boundaries.

QTS is desirable; unqualified teachers are welcome to apply, particularly candidates with strong industry or practical experience.
