6-Month Contract | Potential for Extension or Permanent Position

A leading UK construction and regeneration business is seeking a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager to support a growing portfolio of projects across Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire.
Working across residential, commercial and education schemes, you will coordinate the design process from pre-construction through to delivery, managing consultants, reviewing technical information and ensuring designs are delivered in line with programme requirements.

Requirements:

• 
  Experience as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager within a main contractor environment
• 
  Strong technical and construction knowledge
• 
  Experience delivering residential, commercial or education projects
• 
  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected contractor with a strong regional pipeline and the potential for the role to become permanent following the initial contract period.
