The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for a Designer to join a growing modular construction business delivering innovative offsite projects across the UK.

This role offers the chance to work within a collaborative technical team, supporting projects from concept through to manufacture and delivery while developing your experience within modern methods of construction.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

• Producing technical drawings and Revit models.
• Supporting design coordination across projects.
• Assisting with technical detailing and drawing production.
• Working closely with manufacturing and delivery teams.
• Supporting project delivery from concept through to completion.
• Assisting with design compliance and technical standards.

About You

• Experience within design or technical coordination.
• Revit experience essential.
• Strong technical and detailing skills.
• Interest in modular or offsite construction.
• Organised and collaborative approach.
• Motivated to develop within a growing technical team.
