SKILLS/EXPERTISE:
- Despatch experience preferred but not essential
- A good eye for detail due to picking multiple products from various station to fulfil orders.
- Good level of communication skills, both verbal and written. You will be dealing with paper work and all written documents have to be legible.
- Must be flexible within working environments, the role requires working in all weathers to load pallets and couriers.
- *Fork lift truck license is essential*
- JOB FUNCTIONS
- Packing products within the factory
- Stacking boxes onto pallets outside in the loading bay
- Picking products from various stations
- Order picking by part number from a sales order/parts list
- Checking part numbers and counting parts into boxes
- Packing parts in boxes
- Weighing boxes and checking dimensions
- Labelling boxes
- Loading couriers
- Parts can be long and heavy, so there will be continuous heavy lifting
