We're now looking for a Development Manager to join our team and help us continue growing across London and the South East.

No traditional sales background is required-just the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for working with people.

💼 What You'll Be Doing

  • Building strong relationships across the transport and logistics sector
  • Meeting existing and prospective members face-to-face throughout West London and the South East
  • Welcoming and onboarding new members
  • Supporting members and helping them maximise the benefits available to them
  • Promoting a range of specialist financial wellbeing and protection products designed for transport professionals and their families, including; Sickness Benefit Plans, Health Cash Plans, Tax-Free Savings Plans, Stocks & Shares ISAs,Child Trust Fund services
  • Identifying members' needs and recommending suitable products and services
  • Growing membership and increasing engagement within your region
  • Representing the organisation in a professional, trusted, and consultative manner
  • Managing your own schedule, appointments, and regional activity

🚗 Travel & Flexibility

This is a field-based role with travel across London and expanding to the south east five days per week.

You'll spend the majority of your time visiting members, attending industry locations, and developing new relationships rather than sitting behind a desk.

👉 You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle for the first 6 months.

A company car will be provided following successful completion of this period.

Desirable Experience

Experience within transport, logistics, bus, coach, haulage, fleet, or related industries would be a significant advantage, but it is not essential.

We welcome applications from people with backgrounds in sales, customer service, account management, business development, transport operations, logistics, recruitment, hospitality, and other relationship-focused roles.
